That’s not even considering multiple modality learning either and the added linguistic stimulation of reading subtitles while listening and watching.Īt any rate, back to Baccano!. ![]() Subs, buy their very nature, are more stimulating. I’m going to forsake a super long discussion (*cough* rant *cough*) of how linguistically relevant this conversational topic is by just saying that listening to a language we are unfamiliar with and cannot decode stimulates our brains more than listening to a language we are familiar with and can understand. This really doesn’t mean one is “better” than the other. sub thing, especially because the recording process for both is incredibly different, meaning that the sub will–more times than not–have a more authentic sound and performance. *sigh* Is it possible to be sick of a question? I really don’t like the dub vs. ![]()
